What does “roll unwind” mean (and how do I choose it)?

Unwind tells us how the labels come off the roll (face in/out + where the leading edge is). If unwind is wrong, applicators misfeed or labels apply upside down.

What we need to know

• Face out vs face in
• Leading edge direction (where the label peels first)
• Core size + max roll OD (so it fits your machine)

If you’re not sure

• Send a photo of your existing roll (how it sits on the spindle)
• Tell us your applicator model (or “hand apply”)
• We’ll confirm unwind on the proof so you approve it once
