Die‑Cut Labels
Last updated: 2026-01-05
Die‑cut labels are cut to shape (not just rectangles). They’re used for product branding, packaging seals, custom silhouettes, and anything where the cut line is part of the design.
Clean die‑cuts require correct files. If you’re not sure about bleed/cut lines, send what you have — we’ll guide it during proof.

Typical production is 3–5 business days after proof approval.
Best uses
- Custom product labels and packaging seals
- Brand marks and stickers cut to your logo shape
- Short runs and launches where stock shapes feel generic
File prep checklist (this prevents white edges)
- Bleed: extend artwork past the cut line so you don’t get a white halo.
- Cut path: provide a clean vector path for the cut line.
- Safe area: keep small type away from the edge.
- Corner radius: sharp corners lift first; rounded corners often last longer in real handling.
Roll delivery specs (if you use an applicator)
- Unwind: face in/out + leading edge.
- Core size + max OD: your machine has limits. If you exceed them, you jam.
