How to spec white BOPP (no guessing)
- Container: glass, PET, HDPE, PP, metal, or textured surfaces (this decides adhesive direction).
- Environment: wet/oily handling, refrigeration, freezer, UV, abrasion.
- Finish: matte vs gloss (scuff + glare behave differently).
- Shape: sharp corners lift first; rounded corners usually survive better.
- Roll specs: unwind, core size, and maximum OD if you’re using an applicator.
Common failure modes (and how we prevent them)
- Edge lift: usually adhesive + cold/humidity + surface energy, not “bad printing”.
- Scuffing: finish choice and handling realities matter (we’ll flag risks in proof).
- Wrinkling on squeeze containers: needs the right film/adhesive match and layout discipline.
