Proofing

We send a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Custom printed goods

Custom printed labels are final sale. If your order arrives with a production defect or does not match the approved proof due to our error, we’ll reprint at zero cost.

Turnaround

Typical production is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available by quote.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before proof approval. Once approved and in production, cancellation is not available.
